Allan Burstyn, Vice President of Web Services
Allan leads See3’s extraordinary web services team made up of web developers, project managers and designers. A web junkie since the days of 14.4 dial up modems, Allan is passionate about creating online experiences that delight users and advance social causes. Prior to joining See3, Allan held product management roles for such notable companies as Orbitz Worldwide and Starwood Hotels. When not spending time with his wife and children, Allan likes to read about human consciousness and hefty biographies about American personalities. His favorite diversions include watching re-runs of Star Trek: The Next Generation, skiing and quoting random facts.

Stacy Laiderman, Senior Producer
Stacy Laiderman, Senior Producer, is a graduate of Columbia College’s Film Program and came to See3 after a stint in the major motion picture industry. She brings years of experience in the documentary film world, having worked on the award-winning Standing Silent Nation and The Calling, as well as creating documentary films with youth at a Chicago Public School. While at See3, Stacy has worked on over 275 nonprofit videos for all types of organizations, including Animal Legal Defense Fund, NARAL Pro-Choice America, Catholic Medical Mission Board, Greater Chicago Food Depository, and many more. Stacy is the See3 cheerleader and on any given day you’ll find her rallying the office with the newest viral cat video.
Nasser Asif, Director of Marketing
Nasser manages marketing for See3’s client partners and for See3 itself.He is a specialist in communications planning, client service, and new media activation with a diverse agency background.Previously, Nasser delivered marketing and media campaigns for Procter & Gamble and U.S. Cellular at Starcom Worldwide.He is a graduate of the University of Missouri, loves country music, and drinks an alarming amount of coffee most days
Mike Kondratick, Director of Strategy
Mike Kondratick, Director of Strategy, has been helping non-profits with their issue advocacy challenges for more than a decade. At See3, Mike heads-up our Washington, D.C., office, helping our clients design custom online outreach programs to build their audience and maximize their advocacy and fundraising potential. Prior to coming to See3, Mike lead the advocacy program at the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), where he helped to secure over $1 billion in funding for type 1 diabetes research. When he's not at work, you'll find Mike spending time with his wife and two kids, watching Yankee games, and dabbling in state politics in Virginia.
Marc Altman, Project Manager, brings a variety of experience to his work at See3. With a degree in applied math and economics from Brown University, Marc specialized in computer forensics and data analysis as a financial consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Leaving consulting to engage his creative passion, Marc collaborated with international non-profits of all sizes as a freelance documentary photographer. He advised on media strategy and captured poignant narrative images, enabling his clients to promote themselves through visual storytelling. He has traveled to 40 countries and 47 states,

Emily Clayton, Creative Director
Emily Clayton, Creative Director, has designed websites and printed matter for a wide variety of project types, from social networks and entertainment to nonprofits and art publications. With a love of typography and a passion to design for social change, Emily delights in helping our clients communicate a look and feel that aligns with their organizations’ missions and project goals. With See3, Emily has helped create campaigns for Unicef, Animal Legal Defense, and American Heart Association amongst other notable organizations. When not at work Emily can be found in her art studio and appeasing her cat Mapple.
Erin Schaeffer, Finance and Office Manager
Erin is the finance and office manager for See3, and is responsible to performing all day-to-day accounting duties. She specializes in management accounting functions which include collaborating with the CEO to create and execute finance strategy, profitability analysis, implementation of management control systems, and monitoring of cash flows. Simultaneously, Erin makes sure that See3’s offices are amply supplied and fully-functioning. She earned her BS in Accounting from DePaul and is currently pursuing her MSA at NortheasternIllinoisUniversity. Prior to joining See3, Erin operated her own accounting and small business consulting firm, the Boutique Bookkeeper. She is happiest at home with her husband and two children, making sweet treats to fatten up her colleagues here at See3!
Matt Taylor, Assistant Editor
Matt began growing his beard in 2004. He thought about shaving it but didn't, because he was studying film at the Savannah College of Art and Design and fit in perfectly. After college he worked as a production assistant, and as a post-production freelancer. Matt joined See3 as Assistant Editor in summer of 2011. When Matt is not avoiding shaving his face, he likes to agree with any decision his fiancée makes, and he enjoys being entirely too emotional about the St. Louis Cardinals. He also is a frequent participant in awkward conversations.
Abby Mintz, Project Cordinator
Abby Mintz,Project Coordinator holds a degree in Human and Organizational Development and a M.Ed. in Human Development Counseling from Vanderbilt University. At See3, Abby is a project coordinator, business analyst, and client communication liaison. When Abby is not at work, you can find her in the yoga studio, planning international travels, or catching up on episodes of Glee and So You Think You Can Dance.

Josh Cass, Editor
Josh Cass, Editor, is a storyteller at heart and uses video to create compelling stories about our clients and their missions. He has previously worked in commercial advertising, political advertising, and assisted on the four hour PBS documentary series The Calling. Josh grew up on a horse farm and attended Michigan State University. He loves baseball (go Tigers!) and geeking out about technology.
Timothy Weidelman, Motion Graphics Designer
Timothy is a graduate of The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. He spends his days as a Motion Graphic Designer and his evenings projecting films at The Gene Siskel Film Center. When Timothy is not working he is thinking about Pizza or time travel or something that's a mixture of the two, let's call it Pime Trazzel.
Tristan Hanson, Producer
Tristan Hanson, Producer, is an experienced director, producer, and grant writer in documentary film production. With a passion for public policy and great storytelling, Tristan loves bringing non-profit stories to life for See3’s clients. Her current documentary, Blueprint for Bronzeville, is supported by Fire This Time Fund and Puffin Foundation. Alongside her work at See3, she is the Associate Producer for the feature documentary American Arab at Kartemquin Films. She earned her MFA in film and video at Columbia College Chicago and her BA in Philosophy from Reed College. Someday, she will run a marathon.
